Author Biography

Elisabeth Milaningrum, Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan

was born in Magelang on June 10, 1989. The author obtained a Master’s degree in Education (M.Pd) in English Language Education from Sebelas Maret University (UNS), Surakarta, in 2013. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Education in English Language Education from the same university in 2011. Since 2014, she has been serving as a lecturer in English at Politeknik Negeri Balikpapan. The author is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in English Language Education. She has authored several academic publications in the fields of English education and vocational studies. Her works include journal articles, conference papers, and teaching modules focusing on ESP, workplace communication, and professional development.
